Many possibility: I'm so sorry that happened to you, i hope that you have gotten and/or continue to receive support/therapy for what you went through. Irregular periods can be hormonal, due to thyroid irregularities, due to weight (thin/heavy). Endometriosis is also common cause when a women has a lot of pelvic pain. Endometriosis commonly causes premenstrual cramps. Your morning-after pill might have interfered with your normal cycles which may be causing the pain. The fibroids can also get big and push on the bladder, colon or pelvic bones. The pressure or bulk can cause you to have to urinate frequently (urinary frequency/urgency) and to wake up to urinate (nocturia). Go see your doc: Lots of different things can cause itching... May be as simple as needing to wash externally after every urination to prevent discharge from drying/ irritating skin, may be something that medicine would help with like yeast or bv...
