Bowel pelvic adhesio: Bowel pelvic adhesions post supra cervical hysterectomy or total hysterectomy, may cause similar symptoms due to bowel inflammation. The intestine can get stuck in an area such as vaginal cuff, or other respected areas in the pelvis due to inflammation or bleeding. If symptoms persist i would recommend laparoscopy rule out adhesions. Brignonimd.Com. ...Read more

No ovaries, tubes, cervix, nor uterus, not cancer, but have pelvic/low abdominal pain. Had pelvic exam was good. What can this be? Bm/urinate ok
Need for examination: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and may be performing some tests and imaging. One entity to consider would be diverticulosis. You appear to be under the care of a physician and it would be prudent to discuss the matter with her/him. ...Read more
Having pelvic pain, had hysterectomy, have no uterus, ovaries, tubes nor cervix. Normal bowel movement and urinate just find. Could it be cancer. Help?
Depends: It would need to be of a sufficiently large size to do so. Remember that ovaries produce cysts every month, and these (functional) cysts are normal, and don't cause pain. If they get larger than normal, (my opinion >3-4cm) or grow in size rapidly, or if they cause bleeding into the abdominal cavity then they can cause pelvic pain.Sometimes the pain will refer down the inner or front of the up.Thigh. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

Yes, may need ER: Yes, uti's can definitely cause pain in your pelvic region, but if you are having rib pain you may need to be concerned about pyelonephritis, which is where a UTI can climb up toward your kidneys and can be a much more severe infection.
