4mo amenorrea: Hi Theresa. If def cnot pregnant, then you are having anovulatory cycles which are very long cycles. You can correct the cycles with hormones but wont improve fertility, and if u want to fall pregnant you will probably need clomid (clomiphene) etc to stimulate ovulation. Must check the heart: A person with chest pain and left arm or shoulder symptoms usually has to go to his doctor (or the E.R.) to be checked right away for a heart attack.
