The blood in the cyst can cause distention and the pain from that distention can radiate into other parts of the abdomen. ...Read more

Late period hi, i recently was late on my period. I was having no symptoms like cramps just back pain. It is consistent every period days before I back pain and intense cramps. I was a few days late and all of a sudden felt a sharp pain in my pelvic area

You : You will not necessarily have the same symptoms every month prior to your period. This sounds like your regular cycle started and the sharp pain you had was normal uterine cramping that occurs before and during menstruation. If your period lasts longer than usual or has been heavy and has not slowed down then you likely have nothing to worry about. If not, please see your doctor.
Take care. ...Read more
