I'm having pelvic pain, dizziness, nipple sensitivity, and flutters. My tubes are tied, what could be the causes of this problems?
See a doctor: If pain gets worse then go to ER. Without asking other questions or examination, I am unable to say for sure. Nothing is 100% and one can still get pregnant with a tubal. If you have had a tubal ligation then you are at increased risk of tubal(ectopic) pregnancy. Because of the dizziness and flutters you are better off getting checked out sooner than later ...Read more

Ovarian cancer is far less common than pregnancy so it is not one of the first things to consider unless you have had a diagnosis of this sort in the past.
