See doctor: Depending on when the pain started and when your period is due there are many causes of pelvic pain. The only way to figure this out is to see your doctor for a physical exam and possible testing. If you have never had unprotected intercourse then there is no way you would have PID. ...Read more

Not likely: Maybe the bacterial contamination, but not likely the blood in the urine, which makes the contamination less likely, and is probably due to bladder infection. ...Read more

Very common: Mittelschmerz may be the cause, which is pain with ovulation. If it's predictable, try starting Ibuprofen or other anti-inflammatory 2 days before it comes. ...Read more

Need more info: It seems to be chronic constipation, but really need more info to be able to help you with this and these forums are very limited.

If your colonoscopy, pelvic exam and blood tests are negative, that is a good start. There are a few other imaging modalities, but the decision of which one really depends on knowing the whole story.

Need exam: It would be necessary to perform a pelvic exam in order to have any chance to make a definitive diagnosis for your post-coital bleeding. It is not uncommon to have that happen on rare occasion- but if it is happening every time you have sex then there is likely some explanation that may very well be remedial to treatment. ...Read more
