See doctor: Depending on when the pain started and when your period is due there are many causes of pelvic pain. The only way to figure this out is to see your doctor for a physical exam and possible testing. If you have never had unprotected intercourse then there is no way you would have PID. ...Read more

That's unusual.: The only patients that i've ever anesthetized for a pelvic exam were children. It would be extraordinarily unusual for a patient to need anesthesia for a routine pelvic exam. Chronic upper left ab pain. Been treated for severe constipation. Blood test and pelvic exam clear as was colonoscopy. What could be cause?

It seems to be chronic constipation, but really need more info to be able to help you with this and these forums are very limited.
If your colonoscopy, pelvic exam and blood tests are negative, that is a good start. There are a few other imaging modalities, but the decision of which one really depends on knowing the whole story.

Need exam: It would be necessary to perform a pelvic exam in order to have any chance to make a definitive diagnosis for your post-coital bleeding. Lubricant: If you have had a negative pelvic exam this may simply be due to trauma to the mucosal wall of the vagina because of lack of lubrication. There are numerous OTC products available.
