Quit shaving: Agree with Dr. Adam. It could be any of the things he mentioned. You are making matters worse by shaving. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. What is the question: These sound like they may be herpes, but without seeing them would just be guessing. Go and have him seen by a doctor (perhaps a dermatologist) and they can then diagnose these. ...Read more
