The natural history of nicotine dependence in teens study (funded by canadian cancer society) published in journal annals of epidemiology (17 march 2008) showed that on average, teenage boys who smoked were 2.54 cm shorter than their non-smoking counterparts. Smoking and BP: In general each cig increase BP for at least 30 min for it would depend on how much you are smoking. The healthiest thing you can do is to stop smoking.
