Fungal?: It's hard to say without seeing it but with sweaty palms and peeling, it sounds like a fungal infection, much like athletes foot. You could try the same over the counter products for athletes foot to see if this helps. Contact /irritant: Both contact allergy (from a contact allergen) and an irritant (solvent, excessive hand washing) can cause itchy hand dermatitis. The answer is avoidance of the offending agent (may need to see allergist or dermatologist to help you identify the agent).
