Maybe: Sleep quality is an important predictor of health. Night time urination that is relatively new could be a sign of diabetes. Could also be from drinking too much water before bed. So what we did was restrict fluids after 6 pm, bath-time at 9 pm, and then use an alarm to train them to wake themselves up and go to the bathroom.
