I am 19, I have a pea size lump just to the left of my right hip(Near groin). Was black and blue, but has gone away. Hurts now and then. What is this?

Benign bump skin:
Sounds like a Dermatofibroma, benign (not cancer) growth from fibrous tissue due to prior trauma in the area. You might have had a pimple or bug bite that healed and "by mistake", made your body form this pebble- like lesion.
