See your doctor: Antibiotics can trigger yeast infections (thrush), but white or coated tongue isn't necessarily due to yeast, and yeast is not a likely cause of a "lump" with pus in the mouth. I doubt these problems are serious and probably will clear up on their own not too long after finishing the antibiotics.
