Eat less & exercise: The key to losing weight is to eat less, but not all calories are created equal. Sugars & simple carbs from grains esp cause weight gain. I like dr. If left unattended in a woman does not have regular menstrual cycles she has a very significant risk for cancer of the endometrium-perhaps as high as 25%. Often blood-pressure needs to to be managed as well. The birth control pill is not the only solution and so speak to your doctor about alternatives. ...Read more
