What are the chances of pregnancy with irregular period and clomid (clomiphene)?

About 45-50%: Clomid (clomiphene) is used for women who are having trouble ovulating. Ovulation rates are 85+% but pregnancy rates are only about 45-50%. This may be do to the fact that there are other infertility issues that have been overlooked. Can I use Metformin if my hormones results and weight are fine.had pcos b4.does it helps to get pregnant?failed ivf twice.what are benefits of metfor?

Hard to say: It's not clear from what you say that metformin will help you. Metformin can help with PCOS and insulin resistance. This can get complicated: strongly urge you talk with your regular doctor, you could also consider an online consult. Good wishes. ...Read more

I have pcos and i will be going for ovarian drilling soon after five cycles of clomid (clomiphene). What is the success rate for pregnancy with this procedure?

Drilling: In your situation, your two options are ovarian drilling or gonadotropin therapy (somewhat similar to ivf therapies). These two have similar pregnancy rates - about 55% success over 6 months, although some studies show success rates as low as 20%. Gonadotropin therapy is more time intensive and more expensive, but does not require surgery. Drilling might hasten menopause- but not definitely proven. ...Read more

My prolactin level's 749, fsh-5.7, lh-5.4, estradiol-34, trying to conceive but no results.3misscariages and 1extrauterine pregnancy.What's the problem?

Double check: Are you saying your prolactin level is 749 or is this a decimal-point error? Also is that in units of micrograms/liter? If both these things are true your prolactin level is around 50 times higher than normal. If both these things are correct you need to see an endocrinologist or a reproductive endocrinologist immediately! if this is an error, then sorry for the alarm. ...Read more

PCOS: Before you plan another IUI I would suggest that you find out if your ovulatory. It doesn't make sense to schedule an IUI if you're not ovulating. If you aren't ovulatory then I would suggest medication to get you to ovulate and then plan the IUI. ...Read more
