See doctor: Hard to say what this is as yet although such symptoms do require further investigation. Htn in 17 yo should be investigated to rule out secondary causes of HTN (like renovascular causes, hormonal causes). Pcos pts have a high incidence of Insulin resistance and increased risk for CAD due to a constellation of atherosclerotic risk factors. No: Your BP is normal and pulse mildly elevated. There can be a number of reasons for ha. Migraines, medicines. You have pcos , are you on birth control, this can sometimes cause migraine.
