My period is late 19 days and I have had spotting at least once a day I have PCOS and one blocked Fallopian tube?

Common with PCOS: Missed periods are common in patients with PCOS. Combined oral contraceptives and/or metformin can help regulate your menstrual cycles. However, if you have had unprotected sex it is still possible that you are pregnant even with PCOS and one blocked fallopian tube. Check preg test. If not, relax and see your clinician if you would prefer to have regular cycles and are not trying to get pregnant

What causes mucus plug to block fallopian tubes? Does pcos produce mucus to block tubes?

The glands: The glands in the pelvic region are constantly giving off fluid and some women tend to produce more mucus than others. Pcos does not cause mucus plugs. It is not known exactly why some women have mucus plugs in their tubes vs those who do not.

Please how can polycystic ovaries be cured? Please can you conceive when you are left with only one fallopian tube and also hav polycystiv ovaries?

No "cure" available: There is no "cure" for polycystic ovaries, but the condition can be managed with medication, diet, and exercise. Conception is very possible with ovulation induction agents. As long as the one Fallopian tube is patent (open) "natural" conception is possible. If the tube is closed, assisted reproductive technologies like IVF (in vitro fertilization) are needed.

Should serrapeptase (using to treat scar tissue in fallopian tubes) be used along with vitex (to treat pcos)?

Should serrapeptase (using to treat scar tissue in fallopian tubes) be used along with vitex (to treat pcos)?

Neither are useful: There is no scientific evidence that serratiopeptidase (serrapeptidase) affects any cause of infertility, including scarring in or around the fallopian tubes. There is evidence that vitex agnus-castus may help with pms symptoms and cyclic mastalgia (breast pain) but no studies showing that it helps women with pcos or infertility. If you have pcos and damaged tubes you need to see a rei specialist.

Diagnosed pcos, 1 fallopian tube removed and ttc. 28 day cycle but blood clot mid cycle this month. Should I be worrid?

No worries: Pcos is still not totally understood, but it is a imbalance in female hormones. A lot of women have this condition and don't have ovarian cyst that can be seen with imaging, only on surgical microscopic inspection of the tissue. Solution? Natural hormones (bhrt) can me a miracle. See an expert on this. Laser hair removal is wonderful.

I'm 32. I have pcos and blocked right Fallopian tube. If I fall pregnant what can be the complications with these conditions.?

Temporary "cure": Pregnancy will result in a temporary "cure" of the PCOS as that means you had a successful ovulation and at least the left Fallopian tube would therefore by definition be patent through 'road testing" You would then have the same risks and complications as any other pregnant woman unless your blocked tube is a result of residual infection (which could flare up during the pregnancy+ (ectopics).

How to know if fallopian tubes are blocked?

How to know if fallopian tubes are blocked?

HSG or surgery: The only ways to tell are a radiology test called a hysterisalpingogram (hsg) or laparoscopy and chromotubation. Would rec you start with hsg as it's less invasive. Both procedures can sometimes open a blocked tube so they can be both diagnostic and therapeutic.

Blocked fallopian tubes. Who made that happen?

Who? Or What?: Him who introduced infectious agent, such as chlamydia or gonorhea bacteria to the tubes through sexual intercourse. Or the surgeon who left scar tissue after pelvic surgery.

How do you feel if you have blocked fallopian tubes? I?

Mostly nothing: Infertility, gives no warning for the most part. But a partial blockage can result in an ectopic pregnancy, very painful and life threatening.

Can it be treated if you have blocked fallopian tubes? D fallop

Can it be treated if you have blocked fallopian tubes? D fallop

Yes: First of all an x ray (hsg) and screen for that. Sometimes a laparoscopy can confirm whether the tubes are blocked and can potentially help unblock one or both tubes. Ivf is a fertility treatment that helps women become pregnant while bypassing the tubes. So there are potentially several options.

What is the comon symptomps of blocked fallopian tube?

Blocked fallopian tu: Most women would not have any symptom whatsoever. Some cannot get pregnant because of scarring in the tubes (blockage) but they would not know their tubes were blocked unless they tried to conceive. If the blockage is the result of an acute inflammation with an abscess or fluid collection development, then pain, discharge, fever may occur. Rupture of the tube will be signified by intense pain, .

I have never had a std but my fallopian tubes are blocked I don't understand?

You may not be aware: So many other than Gonococcal organisms infect the tubes, you may not be even aware of this subclinical infection (don't have to be STD) will cause the blockage of tubes, or may even have a congenital (born with) problem speak to your Gyn doctor, some times may need a procedure (s) to ' unclogg ' the tube Good Luck

Hsg test show both fallopian tubes blocked. Trying to conceive, what options do I have?

Variable: Hsg is an imaging test to determine tubal patency. There are reports of clearing the tubes with hysteroscopy. If the tubes are permanently blocked, in vitro fertilization is the best option for future pregnancy.

What is the remedy for a blocked fallopian tube. Are there no purgative or fertility cleans that could flush or dissolve the blockage?

What is the remedy for a blocked fallopian tube. Are there no purgative or fertility cleans that could flush or dissolve the blockage?

Depends: Where it is blocked, and why it is blocked. Some blockages can be opened by running a tiny wire through the blockage, some might require cutting out the blocked portion and anastomosing the ends...Still others might be opened at the far ends with surgery. Ivf is also a good solution for pregnancy in most of these cases too.
