Lying: Is a bad habit, PERHAPS pathological or perhaps not. Break the cycle by stopping yourself mid-sentence when you become aware of what you are doing. If the lie is out, tell the person you exaggerated. See a mental health professional to see the extent of this and if treatment is needed. Congrats on being aware of this.
