Burn From Garlic: Do not pull the skin off. Let the skin come off naturally. Manipulating the skin can lead to an infection. Treatment depends on the state of the lesion. Not nutmeg: I would try something more mainstream as well. You can use tea tree oil as an adjunct; it's a fairly strong estrogen some men grow breasts from it. Start using topical benozyl peroxide as tolerated (maybe you can take up to 10% 2x/day). Retinoic or salicylic acid are other options.
