According to http://umm.Edu/health/medical/altmed/herb/ginger 1 gram (1000 mg/day) is a good dose to reap the benefits for digestive issues but i can't find out how much ginger is in a cup of yogi tea (ti varies on how long you steep it, how hot the water is).
