Yes!: This is more likely a urinary tract infection, especially if you have burning with urination. Kidney stones can cause blood in the urine, but there is usually pain in the side/flank. Severe pain. Of the same intensity as giving birth, I don't think you would miss it! Go to an ER/Emergicare/or doctor's office and get the urine tested. ...Read more

Hematuria: 28F notes blood n urine, Hx Hysterectomy, no stones,asks: could it be hepatitis? Would rarely b hepatitis but need more information. If u collect P in 3 different cups when U go next time see if there is only blood in first cup or second cup but last is clear may a bladder problem. Hematuria: Even with a good cause for the blood (the stone), it is still typically recommended you complete the evaluation for the blood in the urine to make sure there is not something else more worrisome going on.
