Women with Autoimmune diseases can get the paragard IUD in most circumstances. If the autoimmune disease causes you to get frequent infections, an IUD might not be the best choice. The top guess: Is that u have irregular menses do to irregular ovulation. If overweight and have bad acne, could be pcos. In any event, get on the pill, see doc too, get screened as indicated, but pill will help, take at night to reduce nausea and go with low estrogen if haven't been able to tolerate.
