Etiology: Must determine reason for failure. Did ceramic break or did bridge come off teeth ? #11 - 14 is a long span if only supported by those 2 teeth. #11 does double duty as it is a corner transition tooth and gets loaded in many directions. Overloading the bite and insufficient tooth to support this are most common causes. See a Prosthodontist for opinion. Consider 2 implants #12,13. Good Luck. ...Read more
