Lose an adrenal?: Hi. Even if you lost the adrenal on the side that had the partial nephrectomy, the remaining adrenal would be enough to provide all the cortisol and aldosterone you need. What "steroid" are you on? It's not listed in your meds (except for cortisone injections in ankle). Did your doc diagnose you with adrenal insufficiency? We need more info. Good luck! ...Read more
