Daily? No proof: Lumiday is a dietary supplement marketed in States for natural mood enhancement. However, unlike prescription & OTC medications, there is no requirement to prove safety & effectiveness prior to selling product. So your guess is as good as mine. Better yet, go see your Family Doc or whoever prescribed Paroxetine 5yrs ago. Ask for referral for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which is as good as drugs ...Read more
