Five years ago, I was suffering from depression, and took Paroxetine for about half a year, then recovery.
A month ago, it seem to relapse, but is not serious. I have take Lumiday for two weeks, it is useful for me. Now I have a question.

However, unlike prescription & OTC medications, there is no requirement to prove safety & effectiveness prior to selling product. So your guess is as good as mine. While dose schedules can vary between individuals, working with your doctor is the best solution for this question. Yes bit unlikely: An overdose with antidepressants like paroxetine alone is usually not fatal. However, mixed with alcohol or other sedating drugs things can get bad in a hurry and you can die. Also if it is a child or an elderly person or someone who is medically ill and you take a large amount of paroxetine then death is a possible outcome.
