Consent: Try and ask a therapist for a consent form & bring it to your parents with an X where they sign.Just ask them to sign & ask for their insurance information.Then go back to the therapist with it.You might even try to write them a note that asks.It is important that you find a way to speak 2 your parents,briefly in order to get the help you want.
