Symptoms of a parasite? I'm nauseas and growling stomach especially after eating, shaking, weakness, headache, stool light brown/green. Nuts in stool.
See a doctor: Cannot diagnose this over the internet. Write down a complete list of your symptoms and the time frame in which they occurred, then go and see a pcp and be examined, tested and perhaps undergo imaging or procedures to get to the root of this. My stomach has been rumbling and growling loudly for 2 days. Holistic dr. Says it's parasites! Help!?
Go see a doctor: Who is an expert on gastrointestinal disease. Go see an infectious disease expert as well. ...Read more

Abdominal movements: Your description is not specific and parasitic infections are extremely rare to cause such symptoms. Of course, rare cases happen, but that would be almost at the bottom of my list. Other possible explanations would be increased bowel peristalsis (movements). Possibly aortic pulsation may cause that. I would ask for advise of your regular doc first. ...Read more

See a doctor: Impossible to know what is causing intestinal 'gurgling', but unless it is bothering you intensely suspect it may be related to your diet or a transient issue that will resolve itself. Think I picked up some sort of illness in January. But now I have gastroparesis. Could a parasite or stomach virus lead to this? Doesn't seem to add up
Gastroparesis is more of a chronic condition that is a result of anatomical injury or as a consequence of another more serious, long term, systemic illness (for example diabetes). More importantly, if you are having GI symptoms that are concerning to you or causing discomfort, I would recommend being seen by a physician in person to discuss further. Hope you feel better soon!
