Would parasites or worms be obvious in 2 year olds stool? Sometimes I find thread like pieces. Is it food? Would they move? Blood? Any other symptoms?
Usually not obvious:
Pinworms are fairly common in this age group. They are small white worms that come out of the anus at night..
If you suspect piworms wait until dark when the child is asleep. Then take a flashlight and check your child's anal area. If you see small thread like wiggleing white things, call your doctor. This not a emergency but as a parent it is upsetting. ...Read more

Eye floaters?: It is very rare to have eye parasites and when people do vision is affected and other symptoms like eye redness are usually present. I eat a lot of food to feel some sense of energy. I never feel the urge to do a poop & when I do go its is tiny & pebble like? Worms? Parasites?
Fluids and bulk: Be sure to do plenty of fluids, roughage (like leafy greens), and bulk foods (like oatmeal and whole grains). You might also want to take a magnesium supplement (like peter gillham's natural vitality calm -- an especially "bioavailable" form of magnesium) or alka-seltzer gold tablets to "loosen" & "bulk up" your stools. Try to regularize your bowel habits. I'm not concerned about worms/parasites. ...Read more
I have had a problem with parasites for a month. I took Reese's pinworm med. And the worms came back. The eggs are in the vagina and I can feel them?
?? makes no sense: No one could feel pinworm eggs in the vagina. They are microscopic & no more an issue than the random germs that frequent the space. The only way you get pin worms is to ingest the eggs. If you are not caring for some infected toddlers, your assumption that this is recurrent pinworms is likely false. If you truly think you can feel something there you need to have an exam. ...Read more
