May be you have chronic gastritis or h pylori infection. You need to see a gastroenterologist and may need endoscopic exam of your stomach to find out if the problem us in stomach and they can do a test for h pylori at the same time

Toxoplasmosis is usually found in warm blooded animals- a search of the Alaska registry for diseases in animals did not come up with any fish infected with toxo and so that is likely the case from salmon in other parts of North America
