low for me of 90/60.
Infection & dehydrat: The high WBC count suggests an infection which may be viral (symptoms should give clues to the type of infection). My son had croup 2 days ago. My daughter today has a high fever, no coughing, but she vomitted once. Could it be the same virus or is it totally different. Will I have both a gastro and parainfluenza going through our home?
Likely same virus: Most probably it is the same virus infection in both the children.
