Papillae/taste bud toward middle of tongue is movable like string? Looks pink but kinda like it was scrapped out. What could cause that?
I have had recurrent inflamed papillae that move around only tongue the past two months, enlarged circumvallate papillae that do not hurt but I can feel them on the back of my throat and a chronic red throat but again not painful. These inflamed tastebuds
