FDA says no: Papaverine Hydrochloride injection, solution has not been found by FDA to be safe and effective. This drug has being studied as well for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Sadly it has adverse effects that do not justify its use such as a high incidence of priapism and penile fibrosis. This drug has also being effectively used to treat cerebral vasospasm but also might cause neurotoxicity. ...Read more

In the US that would: Not be given, at 7 weeks pregnant please discuss with your doc because u should not be having severe pelvic pain at 7 weeks pregnant with no explanation, u need further evaluation of everything in your pelvis including bowels and bladder assuming you have no fibroids or an ovarian cyst which should be seen on a pelvic ultrasound. ...Read more
