Yes,,,: It's important to keep up the pap smear visits as they are recommended for women over 20 or at onset of sexual activity annually. If there are 2 consecutive normal paps then it can be done every 3 years. Unlikely: It would have helped to know the actual report, however, you need to follow your doctor's advice about repeat PAP tests. The abortion, 5 weeks earlier is not a likely cause of the abnormal result. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. ...Read more
