I always wear panty liner and my discharge yellowish colour in my panty liner no smell on it and I had checked for STI & HIV last month and negative.
Normal: It's normal for discharge to be clear, white and sometimes yellowish in color. So long as you don't have itching and there's no foul smell, likely everything is okay. Especially considering that you recently had a check up for STDs and HIV. Good job being proactive about your sexual health!See 1 more doctor answer

May be normal: All women have some degree of vaginal discharge. If your is excessive, there may be a reason such as an over growth of bacteria and/or yeast, if you do not have any other reason for the discharge and it is excessive you may have a condition such as an excessive ectropian. That can be treated to decrease the discharge by performing a leep procedure. See your doctor.

For a few days now when I go to change my panty liner I've notice that the liner has what looks like a black discharge on it?
Probably Blood: Brown or black equals old blood. It sounds like that was your period although likely not a normal period for you. It is typical to have an "off" period every now and then. This usually corrects itself over the next few cycles. If it continues see your doctor to discuss cycle regulation. Birth control is very effective at regulating the cycle and preventing pregnancy.
Vaginal discharge: Could be due to a yeast infection. You can try OTC products for that first, especially if itching. If it continues, see your physician for a pelvic exam to rule out infections. Some discharge is normal with your cycle from clear and slippery to egg white and sticky.See 1 more doctor answer

Difficult to say: Without knowing exactly what your cycles are like it's difficult to say. Assuming this is irregular bleeding many things could be the cause.
