I have excessive vaginal wetness. I wear at least two panty liners a day. It's there such a condition as an overactive Bartholin's gland?

Sort of: Vaginal secretions come from the Bartholin gland and many places in the vagina. If abnormal causes of vaginal discharge are excluded, but there is a lot of vaginal discharge, the term is "physiologic leukorrhea".
