Please call your doc: If you're having panic attacks through the medications you're on, you need to contact the physician who's prescribing your Ativan (lorazepam) so s/he knows what's happening. Hopefully you're also on a medicine to prevent these attacks. You need to learn slow, deep breathing and calming as well. Psychotherapy could help reduce these attacks over time.
