Depends: You did not say where the numbness ; tingling are. If worsening, spreading (arms, hands), or you have weakness (arms, hands), or trouble walking, go to your doctor, who can ask you more questions and examine you. I do exercise chest stretching. Two days I have chest pain. Breathing difficulty. Small Panic attack occurs & numbness tingling on face...help indeed!!
Likely from exercise:
Of course of your chest pain occurs after the exercises, then it is mot likely related to the exercises. And on exams, the pain will most likely be reproduced. Breathing difficulty needs to be examined by a doctor to see if you oxygen level and other vitals are also abnormal or not.
it is only after careful exams can we decide what is going on with you. ...Read more

I felt like maybe I was having panic attack at first. My heart felt like it was going to beat out of my chest. Arms, hands and face went numb. My mouth and hands both contracted to the point that I was barely able to use them.
Panic attacks are usually brief. They often last a couple of minutes to around ten minutes. Symptoms can include a sense of severe anxiety or panic as well as chest tightness or pain and a rapid or pounding heartbeat. A person can experience hot flashes or chills and perspire heavily. There may be a sense of a tickle sensation in the stomach or nausea. When a person has a panic attack they may feel dizzy or faint and may become physically shaky. The person may fear that they are going crazy, they are out of control or that they are about to die.
It is reported that 60% of panic attacks are accompanied by hyperventilation. During hyperventilation the person breathes faster or deeper than normal which causes them to blow off too much carbon dioxide (co2). This in turn can lead to numbness and tingling of the hands, feet and lips. When hyperventilation is severe it can cause muscle spasm in the hands and feet.
It is very important to have a full physical evaluation because there are a number of medical conditions that can cause a pounding heart, numbness and muscle contractions. Good luck. ...Read more

What could be wrong if my left leg and arm numbness and pins and needles? Could be from panic attack/anxiety?
Woke up in middle of night with numbness & tingling in left arm & panic attack. Haven't been able to sleep much (4 hrs). Also, have difficulty swallowing at night at times, gagging at times & feel disoriented.?
At your age severe anxiety with panic is likely rather than heart disease however make sure to have your blood pressure checked and do it at home with an automated monitor. Sometimes hormonal forms of hypertension can present this way and would need treatment.
The swallowing trouble is more in keeping with anxiety and you need treatment for that too.
