Yes: Please talk to your family doctor about this. This is not that common in panic disorder and makes me wonder what your baseline BP is. If you were my patient i would consult with an internist or cardiologist to try to find out why this was happening and to see what could be done to prevent high blood pressure spikes in the future.Makes me wonder about whether you could have a pheochromocytoma. ...Read more

Panic attacks: can make your blood pressure high temporarily. It is not surprising that your blood pressure would be a little high in this situation. In order to be sure your blood pressure is OK, you need to go see your doctor when you are feeling fine, and have your blood pressure taken, to see if it has normalized.
