Carefully eat Protei: Ur low albumin is partially due, it seems, to the kidneys dumping it from the blood stream. Albumin is an important "oncotic" agent that keeps fluid in the vessels, preventing water from leaking out & causing swelling. Albumin comes from protein in ur diet.
