No: Whole grains should not increase triglycerides but a lot of certain types of fruit will. Look up the glycemic index to see which are more likely to raise triglycerides. If you have fasted for at least 10 hours before the test, high triglycerides will not come from fats or oils in your diet, mainly from the carbs. No need to treat: It sounds like you have had some pancreatic issues in the past (do you have a history of pancreatitis?).
