Yes : Panadol (acetaminophen) cold/ flu contains 3 types of medications per tablet Acetaminophen 500mg( for pain/ fever), Pseudoephedrine 15mg (nasal/sinus decongestant) and dextromethorphan 30mg (cough suppressant). Mucinex(guaifenesin loosen sputum) and works together with dextromethorphan to suppress cough. Limit to 6 tablets/day. If symptoms persist/worsen for more than 7 days, see physician. No: You shouldn't use both at the same time. If you want to switch from one to the other, wait until it is time for your next dose of the panadol, (acetaminophen) but then take the actifed instead. They are different medicines, but act in almost exactly the same fashion, so taking them together will result in too high a dose. ...Read more

Chat w/prescribing doc re potential drug-drug interactions (http://www.drugs.com/interactions-check.php?drug_list=71-8487,53-17161) btwn Hydrocodone (part of Norco) & Doxylamine (part of some Nyquil products).
