Well: Having anemia (low blood count), unfortunately, does not stop periods. Having no blood pressure would stop all bleeding but that's not your issue. Why your skin would yellow, just on the palms, I cannot explain and know of no relationship to the period. Gd luc. ...Read more

If you are not eating a ton of carrots on a regular basis; you may have some metabolic disorder.
