Dupuytren's?: Plantar fasciitis is extremely common. Pain in the heel when first arising in the morning is typical.' palmar ' fasciitis is different if u are referring to contracture of the palmar fascia or dupuytren's dz. After the bite, if you were in pain, you would have changed your gait to compensate for the irritated area. You may have strained the arch and heel and caused plantar fasciitis to develop. Could be a Problem.: You symptoms are describing to some extent a deep vein thrombosis. This condition, can be extremely dangerous and you need to take immediate action to have it treated. The fact that your leg also turns red and hurts is troubling. Call your family physician immediately. In the mean time, elevate your leg and apply moist heat. No: Red palms IS palmar erythema. Red hands is not. What you describe may be true palmar erythema, or it may not. It is never due to diversion of blood flow away from the hands.
