Go see doctor: Pain breast can be from any causes- most commonly a non harmful condition called "fibrocystic breast disease". Most concerning would be breast cancer- at 33 you are at risk and would need eval with either mammogram and/or ultrasound. Usually not cardiac.: If only five sec then usually not cardiac. Cardiac is lasting into the minutes and can be related with activity. This could also be skeletal pain.
