Painless Stomach Spasms
Spasms? My lower abdomen is twitching no pain it's just annoying. It more to the right side could it just be spasms just started about an hour ago
Wouldn't worry: Twitching abdominal muscles are different from spasming abdominal muscles. One hurts like a son of gun and one hurts like a son of a daffodil (i.e. doesn't hurt at all).
