Genital rash: Well certainly you need a proper diagnosis here. If you can show a picture, that would be most helpful. Syphilis comes to mind first -because it's characterized by a relatively painless ulcer that is raised. I wonder if you've had any risks for exposure? Herpes "migration"?: Herpes doesn't spontaneously migrate. However HSV 1 can cause genital herpes just as easily as HSV 2. Just requires exposure. Touching ur cold sore and then touching your groin could cause this. As could kissing your partner, giving him/her oral herpes, and then him/her performing oral sex on you.
