Painless Red Bumps On Penis
I have noticed irritation right around the vaginal opening is lightly itchy but mainly irritated to touch and my partner is noticing tiny painless red bumps on his penis shaft although there is no discharge. Is it an std?

Bottom 2 photos are STDs (HPV and Molluscum) to be evaluated by your MD so s/he can rule out other STDs and council you for prevention. ...Read more

So, leave them alone if much like what described above. Due to no direct look at them, an accurate Dx couldn't be certain; if in doubt, see Doc timely. ...Read more
No need to treat: "pearly penile papules" are a normal finding in many men, especially if uncircumcised. Often referred to as "tyson's glands" although not glands.
