Just noticed I have a painless lump size of thumb that moves around the top of my knee? I can move it with my finger... Any ideas? Urgent in matter?

Lump: A painless swelling of the knee in this area would most likely be synovial cyst or bursa. This where the oil sack that lines your knee "pops" out. Most common see these as a Bakers cyst. Although not urgent, you would best to see an orthopedist. ...Read more

Are the lumps in my legs fatty tumors or what? I have several lumps/bumps under the skin around my upper thigh area. One is near my panty line, it is about the size of the tip of my thumb and hard but does not hurt. It's been there probably 8 or 9 years

Fatty : Fatty tumors (or lipomas) are usually not hard. They are usually soft and squishy. If you have a hard mass along your lower panty line that could be a chronically inflammed inguinal lymph node. Can't determine what they are through this venu. Recommend that a family doctor or dermatologist examine you and determine what the lesions are. ...Read more

There : There are several possibilities. It could be herpetic whitlow which is an infection, or it could be a paronychia. Rarely, you can also get a cyst on the thumb.
