Lipoma: I suspect that a 3x2cm lesion would be subcutaneous other wise not palpable. Intramuscular lesions, even those that are benign attain larger sizes when palpated. If it is soft,: mobile fluctuant or slightly dense, and does not hurt then it's most likely a lipoma. If you decide to have a healthcare professional look at it, that should confirm it.
