Lipoma: If the lump is soft like fat it's probably a lipoma which is nothing to worry about. If the lump is more superficial it may be a sebaceous cyst. Fell Aug, severe internal back bruising.Xray nothing broken.Now front bottom left ribcage area is sticking out like lump.No pain but hard sleep side.
